Welcome:
We are an all volunteer fire department located in the northwestern part of Anderson County Texas, approximately 15 miles northwest of Palestine, off of Highway 287.
We serve an area of approximately 120 square miles which consists of various Businesses, Residential Properties, Several Churches, and 5 State Penitentiaries.
We respond to all Fire Calls in our response area, provide Mutual-Aid assistance for other county departments and we're also the first to respond to your Medical Emergencies.
There are no paid volunteers in Anderson County. These people generously donate thousands of man-hours of their time, away from their families and work, to help their communities. The fire stations, trucks, apparatus, etc... are all maintained by the volunteers and the community.
